In our experience the client often identifies significant benefits from the report and moves onto further successful partnership working. In instances where that is not the case clients tell us that the summary report is beneficial which makes this a true "win - win" !

The consultancy involves one of our consultants meeting with an appropriate director and discussing your current strategic position. We subsequently write a two page report and send it to you summarising your strategy and possible areas of future focus. The aim of the report is to use the skills the consultant brings to the review to constructivly highlight areas that the client has not considered.
