Each assignment that Ring of Fire Consulting takes on has it's own unique challenges and accordingly contracts are bespoke to that assignment. However where comments and questions have been repeated a number of times we have attempted to offer standard solutions.
- Question: What size organisations have you worked with ?
Our consultants have worked with a range of organisations from full strategic review for sector leading organisations with several hundred staff to start up businesses with only the management team in place. The task and support package are adjusted accordingly.

- What experience do your consultants have ?
Our consultants have worked as Directors or Managing Directors within the field of delivering a "social benefit". They will also have a relevant additional qualification for example M.B.A. and/ or have published articles within the sector in which they are appointed.- Back to top
