Ring of Fire Consulting are specialists in supporting organisations working in the social sector. Employing only consultants of director level has allowed us to deliver real tangible benefits by matching the needs of our clients to the experience of our consultants.
Established in 2006 by Andrew Constable a masters Graduate in Business Strategy following a successful career in the Health Service, Social and Commercial sectors. Andrew first identified the need for a specialist service offering systems centred strategic support to organisations delivering social benefit, whilst working as the Managing Director of SACCS ltd. (Sexual Abuse Child Consultancy Service). Since then Ring of Fire Consulting has gone on to deliver operational improvements for clients within all three sectors.

The starting point for our projects is normally a free days' consultancy during which our consultants help reference the needs of the client's organisation and offer insight into strategic solutions. The initial feed back is offered in a two page summary report. Most clients move on from the one days consultancy package to work in partnership with Ring of Fire consultants to further strengthen their organisations performance. Those organisations that have not yet moved into partnerships, state that they found the strategic review insightful and of use to them.
